Not only do we offer unique, planet friendly gifts that everyone will love, but we are also offering Free Shipping on orders with merchandise totaling $100 or more. This offer is only for items shipped within the USA (UPS ground shipping only). This is just our way to thank you for being a customer of Tava Catalog. Your shipping credit will be applied at checkout.

All orders under $100 will ship UPS ground for a flat rate of $5.00.

We do offer expedited shipping for $19.00.  Expedited orders will be delivered within 3 days.

These prices are good for the contiguous 48 states.

As always, Tava Catalog uses recycled materials to pack and ship our products. We reuse all boxes and packaging material that we receive.

Returns

Tava guarantees all products we manufacture or sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return. Please follow the procedure below. 

Orders returned without a Return Authorization (RA) will not be refunded.  In order to receive an RA you must email customerservice@tavacatalog.com.  We will email you an RA number.  Please reference this number on your return.  Also you must fill out and return the Return/Exchange form when returning merchandise to Tava Catalog.  Include a copy of your packing list with your return. To be eligible for return the item must have been purchased within 30 days.  If the item is defective or damaged due to shipping you must notify us with 7 days.
